These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Craftled, MB (registration code 305722486, VAT LT100015273316), whose registered office is Eduardo Andre 14‑5, LT‑02232 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Craftled," "we," "us," or "our"), and you, the person or entity ("you," "your," or "User") who visits, accesses, or uses any Craftled Service.

By accessing or using any Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any additional guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Craftled is a remote‑first portfolio company that creates, acquires, and operates digital media and software businesses, including XD Guru, UI Things, Marketful, Best Writing, UX Crush, Bordful, and any future projects listed in the portfolio.

You must (a) be at least 18 years old (or older if required by local law) and (b) possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written consent;
• upload viruses or other malicious code, probe or scan the network, or interfere with security‑related features;
• scrape, data‑mine, or use automated systems to access the Services except as expressly permitted by a separate API agreement;
• violate any applicable law, infringe the intellectual‑property or privacy rights of others, or harass, abuse, or defame any individual or entity.

All trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, video, software, and other content ("Content") contained in the Services are the property of Craftled or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. This means you cannot copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

When you submit or upload content ("User Content") to our Services (such as comments, job listings, or articles), you retain full ownership of your intellectual property rights. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Craftled a worldwide, royalty‑free, sublicensable, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, and publicly display that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. This license allows us to feature your content on our platforms and in our marketing materials while you maintain ownership of your original work.

Digital goods (e‑books, templates, UI kits, memberships, etc.) are delivered immediately upon payment; all sales are final unless a specific money‑back guarantee is displayed at checkout.

SaaS subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown until you cancel. Prices are exclusive of Lithuanian VAT (21%) where applicable.

EU consumers retain their 14‑day right of withdrawal for non‑downloaded services only.

Certain Craftled properties display third‑party advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through those links. Such relationships are clearly disclosed in context as required by the U.S. FTC Guides, the EU Digital Services Act, and other applicable regulations.

If you post job listings, comments, articles, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights to do so and that your content is accurate, lawful, and non‑infringing. We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non‑infringement. Craftled does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Craftled's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed (i) €100 or (ii) the total amount you paid Craftled during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Craftled, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, or (c) your violation of any law or third‑party right.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You and Craftled agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lithuania.

Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by providing written notice and engaging in good‑faith negotiations for at least 30 days.

We may revise these Terms periodically. When we do, we will post the updated version at craftled.com/terms and update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be announced via banner or email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
